1. The agreement is established when an applicant accepts these terms, applies for membership and the operator accepts the application.
2. Applicants indicate acceptance by reading these terms and selecting the agreement option during registration.
1. Applicants must provide the information requested for registration, such as a user ID, password and nickname.
2. Members who misuse another person's information or register false information may lose rights associated with Website use and may be subject to applicable legal action.
The operator is not responsible for information exposed through the member's own fault.
If a member posts or distributes unlawful material, the operator may inspect and provide relevant records to competent authorities upon request.
1. The operator should address justified feedback or complaints promptly. If immediate action is difficult, the operator will make reasonable efforts to notify the member through notices, messages or email.
2. The operator may request prompt repair or restoration of failed or lost equipment to maintain stable service. Service may be temporarily suspended due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.
2. Without express consent, members may not transfer, give away or pledge their service rights or contractual status.
3. Members must safeguard IDs and passwords and must not allow third-party use without consent.
4. Members must not infringe the intellectual property rights of the operator, Website or third parties.
1. The service is normally available 24 hours a day throughout the year, except where operational or technical issues arise. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades or replacement may require temporary suspension, announced on the Website in advance.
2. Service may be suspended temporarily or permanently without advance notice in the following circumstances.
1. Members wishing to terminate their agreement must submit an online cancellation request. Separate service agreements may require separate cancellation.
2. On cancellation, related membership-management records are removed from the member-management interface as described by the service.
Members must not engage in the following conduct. The Website may restrict access, take lawful action, terminate the agreement or suspend service for a specified period.
1. The operator is responsible for managing Website posts and materials, monitoring inappropriate content and, when found or reported, removing it and notifying the member concerned.
2. Posts may be removed or moved without prior consent when a public authority requests corrective action.

4. When a third party requests removal for defamation or infringement, publication may be suspended temporarily. The Website follows relevant court decisions, settlements or competent authority determinations submitted concerning the dispute.

1. Copyright in a member's posts belongs to that member. The Website may not use posts commercially without consent, but retains rights to display them within the service and use them for non-commercial purposes as described in these terms.

3. Content falling under Article 12 may be removed, moved or refused without prior notice.
1. Members bear primary responsibility for civil or criminal liability arising from their own conduct on the Website.
2. No compensation is provided for losses caused by events beyond control, or by a member's intentional conduct or negligence.
1. The operator is not responsible for failure to obtain expected benefits or for losses arising from selecting or using service materials.
3. The operator is not responsible for materials stored, posted or transmitted by members.
4. The operator is not responsible for service disruption attributable to a member.
6. The operator does not guarantee the truth, reliability or accuracy of materials posted or transmitted by members or obtained through the Website.
8. The operator is not responsible for disputes between members or with third parties that arise without the operator's fault.
9. The operator is not responsible for losses caused by equipment or software failures without intentional or grossly negligent conduct, third-party attacks, previously unaddressed computer viruses or other circumstances beyond its control.
